Simple & Transparent Pricing 

Fully Managed 

To fully manage your home, we charge 20% (incl. VAT) of any payout along with a fixed price per changeover to cover the costs there. As specialist holiday let cleaning companies can be expensive, we over-see this ourselves at ‘cost only’. 
 
We will provide a bespoke quote tailored to your property during our consultation but typically, a changeover for a 1-bedroom apartment is £42, which includes: 
 
Domestic cleaning by our fantastic team of self-employed cleaners. 
Crisp white 100% cotton hotel-standard bed linen. 
Professionally laundered bath towel and hand towel per guest. 
Toiletries, including toilet roll, shower gel, shampoo, and soap. 
Sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar for your guests.

List Only 

Our List Only service is 10% (incl. VAT) of any payout. 

Housekeeping 

We don’t outsource cleaning. Instead, we employ expert local housekeepers and personally inspect every clean, using a checklist to ensure everything is perfect and nothing is missed. Third Party cleaning companies are often more expensive, and we like to personally ensure standards are perfect for our guests. 

Marketing 

Stunning, professional photography (including drone photography where appropriate), dynamic pricing, and marketing across all major platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and more! 

Owner Portal 

Courtesy of our partners at Hostaway, you will have your own personal portal to track bookings, view financial information about your property, and block out dates whenever you need. Plus, Hostaway offers a great smartphone app for convenient access on the go. 

A Flexible Service 

Our service adapts to your needs with no minimum length agreement required. We simply ask that any confirmed guest bookings are honored.
